Job Summary
The Centre Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the PrepMed NEET centre. The role includes driving admissions (sales), managing daily operations, and handling administrative activities to ensure excellent student experience and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Admissions
● Drive student enrolments and revenue growth for NEET coaching programs.
● Counsel students and parents about PrepMed NEET courses, batches, and results.
● Handle walk-ins, inquiries, calls, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
● Convert leads into admissions and maintain conversion ratios.
● Conduct seminars, orientation sessions, and counselling meetings.
● Maintain admission records and CRM updates.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
2. Centre Operations
● Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
● Coordinate with faculty, academic team, and management for class schedules and batch planning.
● Monitor student attendance and batch performance.
● Handle classroom readiness, study materials, and exam scheduling.
● Ensure a disciplined and positive learning environment for students.
● Manage student grievances and resolve operational issues.
3. Administration
● Maintain centre records, documentation, and reporting.
● Handle fee collection, receipts, and basic accounts coordination.
● Manage vendor coordination and centre maintenance.
● Maintain inventory of books, study materials, and office supplies.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
● Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SOPs.
4. Student & Parent Engagement
● Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
● Coordinate PTMs (Parent Teacher Meetings) and feedback sessions.
● Ensure high student satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
● 1–4 years experience in education counselling / sales / centre operations preferred.
