Job Role: Content Director
Location: Hazra More, Near Jatin Das Park Metro Gate No. 3, Kolkata
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Week Off: Tuesday
Salary: 25000 to 35000

Key Responsibilities (JD)
1. Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals
• Generate innovative and viral content ideas for social media and campaigns
• Stay updated with trends and implement them effectively

2. Scriptwriting & Concept Development
• Create engaging scripts for reels, ads, YouTube videos, and promotional content
• Conceptualize storytelling formats that emotionally connect with the audience
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging

3. Shoot Management (Photo/Video/Reels)
• Plan and execute photo shoots, video shoots, and reel shoots
• Direct shoots including angles, lighting, presentation, and overall output quality
• Ensure premium and engaging visual content

4. Team Coordination
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, marketing team, and academic team
• Ensure smooth execution of shoots and campaigns
• Coordinate with other team members for proper execution of the shoot.
• Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently

5. Event Content & Coverage
• Plan and manage content coverage for events, seminars, and workshops
• Execute real-time content (reels, stories, highlights) during events
• Convert events into high-impact marketing content

6. Social Media Management & Posting
• Handle posting of content across all company social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Ensure timely and consistent posting as per content calendar
• Write captions, hooks, and CTAs for maximum engagement
• Maintain platform-wise content strategy and optimization

7. Content Execution & Optimization & Others
• Oversee end-to-end content production, publishing, and performance tracking
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly
• Ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Must maintain proper dumping of the photos and videos in respective folders and manage folders properly and efficiently so that the workflow does not get hampered and other editors can work effectively and smoothly.
• Must Ensure cleanliness and safeguarding of all devices

• Hands-on experience in content creation, shoots, and social media management
• Excellent scriptwriting and communication skills
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
• Must have a phone with good camera quality and experience in shooting via phone
