Quality Control Captain

Job Title: Quality Control Captain
Working Hours: 1 hour per day

Qualifications: MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/VETERINARY Students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitor analysis of question papers and academic content to ensure our materials are up-to-date, competitive and as per NEET Standards.
• Identify various sources, including secret and less-known channels (like Telegram), to collect competitor question papers and academic materials.
• Attend the Thursday Academic Meeting for 30 minutes and provide updates on analysis and findings.
• Perform quality control checks on question papers to ensure accuracy, consistency, difficulty and adherence to standards.
• Submit a weekly detailed report comparing content with competitor materials.
• Provide verbal updates regarding academic content when required.
• Ensure complete confidentiality of all information and materials accessed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of recent question papers and academic content compared with competitors.
• Recency of materials compared – ensuring up-to-date analysis.
• Percentage match in feedback related to question papers compared with other students and topper students.
• Fluency and effectiveness in verbal communication during meetings.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Familiarity with Telegram channels and other sources for academic content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently (1 hour per day).
