Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hazra More, Near Jatin Das Park Metro Gate No 3, Kolkata.

Salary:As per market standards depending on interview and last drawn ctc

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Week Off: Tuesday

Laptop: Must have own laptop (Do not apply if you dont have own laptop)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and managers.
• Manage full cycle of hiring
• Drive employer branding initiatives
• Tie up with colleges for on and off campusing drives
• Must have good knowledge and tie up with all types of manpower vendor

Who Should Apply?
• Candidates with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive individual with a keen interest in HR.

Note: This is a full time in-office role, and remote work is not permitted.
